Is this a good topic to talk about aliens and UFOs with strangers you just met. It seems a lot of people are too scared to talk about it. Why? I thought aliens were cool dammit!

Best Answer This is a good example that shows how confused people are at the term UFO. And as the first answerer noted, its not "flying": actually it's orbiting under no power. There are thousands of pieces of space junk orbiting the earth (see url). Lots of them bolts and nuts. So just because NASA or someone identifies something as a UFO doesn't mean it is something alien or mysterious. It might just be a nut. As opposed to the alien and mysterious nuts who claim it must be aliens.
